What is real to you?

What is real to me. I tend to get bogged down in day to day perceived "realities". The minutia of my life can become overwhelming at times, as it can for most people. Then I have to step back and remind myself that I can decide what is real and what is busy work while I'm here, in this reality, learning what I need to know.
So what is real to me? Anything can be at any moment. An open view of reality can welcome so many ideas for consideration. It can welcome so many people into my life.
I sometimes worry that allowing for anything allows me to be lazy. When I get too anxious about society, the environment, violence, war, I sometimes have to back off and decide that it is all an illusion of this consciousness that I'm currently in tune with, and they are as they should be. They are the environment that I need to learn the lessons necessary. If they are as they should be, does this mean I don't need worry about them? That I don't need to do anything about them?
What feels most real to me is those thing that resonate fully with me. Those things, people, circumstances that almost seem to raise a buzz in me. Being outside near water; laughing; the right conversation; certain humans; certain music; certain books; creating, my family.
